Under the luminous energy of the full moon, step into our monthly ritual of intention, movement, and reconnection. This 3-part immersive wellness experience invites you to realign your body, mind, and spirit to the world’s natural rhythm.

Take a peaceful stroll to Sycamore’s Yoga Dome. Leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life, immerse yourself in nature’s tranquility, and realign yourself with the moon.
Each month’s ritual features a gentle yoga class, immersive sound bath, and unique moon-inspired practice. No two Full Moon Rituals are exactly the same — each one is uniquely shaped by the intention of that month’s moon, creating a purposeful experience every time you join.
EACH MONTH’S RITUAL INCLUDES:
60MIN GENTLE YOGA FLOW –
Each session begins with a yoga class guided by meditation and breathwork. Ground your energy and allow the power of the full moon to power your movement. All yoga levels are welcome and encouraged!
30MIN SOUND BATH –
After the yoga class, find stillness and ease into a healing sound bath session!
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are enveloped in soothing vibrations from harmonic instruments like singing bowls. These vibrations penetrate deeply into your body to help release tension, reduce stress, and promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
MOON-INSPIRED PRACTICE –
Each month includes a special guided moon-inspired activity or practice designed to align you with the unique energy and intention of that month’s full moon.
Throughout the year, each moon carries its own meaning and themes – ranging from spring renewal in April, to autumn release in September, and more. Each moon provides a different opportunity to connect with the changing seasons of nature and life.
The Full Moon Wellness Ritual invites you to align with the rhythms of nature and yourself through this transformative experience under the moonlit sky.
About September’s “Harvest Moon”
This full moon occurs closest to the autumnal equinox. The bright light of this full moon rises earlier than usual in the evening. It allowed farmers to work late into the night harvesting crops, ensuring they could gather enough food before the onset of winter.
The Harvest Moon represents abundance, completion, and gratitude. It’s a time to reflect on the “harvests” in your own life — celebrating accomplishments, appreciating growth, and letting go of what is no longer needed. The golden glow of this moon encourages mindfulness, gratitude, and connection to the cycles of nature.
