Social Media and Photography Collaboration Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with us. We work with creators who capture real moments and lived-in experiences, content that reflects what it’s truly like to spend time on our property.

We value the power of creators and are excited to work with storytellers who align with our brand. To help us manage the high volume of inquiries, please complete this form so we can respond efficiently.

Please submit your request at least two weeks prior to your requested arrival.
Each request is evaluated based on your brand and style, requested deliverables, and hotel availability. 

Collaboration Overview & Expectations

As a baseline example of a partnership with us, a one-night hosted stay would require the following deliverables:

  • UGC-style photography that feels natural, warm, and experience-focused (not overly produced or glamour-driven)
  • A minimum of 30 high-resolution images highlighting moments, details, and atmosphere
  • One Instagram Reel/TikTok video capturing the story and overall feel of the stay

Deliverables are adjusted depending on the length of stay and specific experiences included. Partnerships are based on timing, availability, and overall fit. We are not currently offering paid partnerships. 

Content Timeline & Posting Window

To keep collaborations organized and consistent:

  • Edited photo gallery to be delivered within 10–14 days of checkout
  • At least one in-feed Reel must tag the property to be posted within 7–14 days of the stay
  • Stories shared during the stay are welcome but not required
