The quick answers
Do all of your rooms have hot tubs?
All rooms and suites have a private patio mineral springs hot tub. Some of our wells contain a sulfur smell which produces a pronounced “aroma” which many guests enjoy. However, our other wells also contain a variety of healing minerals, including sulfur, but do not have the sulfur smell. Again, all of the hot tub water contains minerals. A third-party entity does the mineral spring analysis for Sycamore.
What are your resort quiet hours?
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we have quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. To further ensure a peaceful and tranquil stay for all guests, we ask that you keep television and radio volumes at low levels at all times.
What are your in room hot tubs hours?
As a courtesy to other guests at the resort we ask that you do not use your outdoor hot tub between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Do you allow pets?
Though we love animals, we do not allow pets at the Resort. We do comply with ADA guidelines in regards to service animals. Please call the resort with any questions or concerns related to service animals or our pet policy in general.
What are your room rates?
Our room rates vary from day to day. A number of factors including room type, dates of stay, and length of stay affect the rate.
What is a “Facility Fee” and why do you charge it?
Sycamore includes a great number of services with our facility fee:
- Admission to our sister property Avila Hot Springs’ Pool
- Access to our 24-hour bell services
- In-room coffee, tea, and water bottles
- Small portion goes to the upkeep of our Nature Preserve
- Access to our two hiking trails – The Bob Jones Trail & Sycamore Crest Trail
