Cancellation Policy

Standard & One-Bedroom Policy: 72 hours prior to check-in Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to this reservation must be made 72 hours prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.

Specialty Suite Policy:

• 2 Bedroom Queen Suite and 2 Bedroom Junior Suite: 14 days prior to check-in. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to this reservation must be made 14 days prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 14 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.

• 3 Bedroom Guest House: 30 days prior to check-in. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to this reservation must be made 30 days prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 30 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.
  
  All Bookings for 2 Bedroom Queen Suite, 2 Bedroom Junior Suite, and 3 Bedroom Guest House Require an Advance Deposit equal to 1 nights stay plus taxes

All reservations made within the cancellation policy dates of arrival are subject to a pre-payment of room and tax due at time of booking and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. These policies will apply in all circumstances, including those related to COVID-19.
