A Resort Gift Card will be issued at check-in for $25 per night of stay. The amount is based on the number of nights. You must present the gift card to any Sycamore facility for it to be applied to service. The Resort Gift Card has no cash value. No refunds are available if it is unused. It is valid for the dates of stay only.

Standard Rooms & One Bedroom Suites: 72 hours prior to check-in. Any changes, cancellations or modifications to this reservation must be made 72 hours prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.
All reservations made within the cancellation policy dates of arrival are subject to a pre-payment of room and tax due at time of booking and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. These policies will apply in all circumstances, including those related to COVID-19. Subject to any local consumer laws.
