Specialty – 2 Bedroom Queen Suite and 2 Bedroom Junior Suite Policy:
- 14 days prior to check-in.
- Any changes, cancellations or modifications to this reservation must be made 14 days prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 14 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.
- These accommodations require an advance deposit equal to 1 night’s stay plus taxes.
3 Bedroom Guest House:
- 30 days prior to check-in.
- Any changes, cancellations or modifications to this reservation must be made 30 days prior to the stated arrival date.
- Any changes, cancellations or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 30 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.
All Bookings for 2 Bedroom Queen Suite, 2 Bedroom Junior Suite, and 3 Bedroom Guest House Require an Advance Deposit equal to 1 nights stay plus taxes
