The Yoga Dome at Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort is a unique space where movement meets the healing powers of nature. Our professional instructors will guide you to towards balance of mind, body, and spirit. Reconnect with yourself with daily classes and programs for all levels

Classes are held at Sycamore’s Yoga Dome located a short walk from Sycamore Shop and Hillside Hot Tub Front Desk. For directions on property, visit the Spa or Hotel Front Desk.

We welcome you to bring your own yoga mat, water bottles, and yoga accessories. The yoga dome has yoga mats, blocks, and blankets available for your use. Water is available.

Cubbies are available to place your shoes and personal items. No lockers or showers are available. Restrooms are available in our main hotel lobby.

Monday

9am Gentle Yoga SIGN UP

A calming class that integrates basic yoga postures. Each class will center you early in the day to stay balanced and aligned–with better posture, muscle tone and renewed energy.

Tuesday

9am Floor PilatesSIGN UP

A mat based class that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances body awareness through controlled, low-impact movements. Strengthen your core and spinal muscles to improve muscle tone to prevent/relieve back pain.

Wednesday

9am Restorative Yoga SIGN UP

A deeply relaxing practice that uses supportive props and long-held poses to encourage rest, healing, and a calm nervous system.

Thursday

Friday

9am Hatha YogaSIGN UP

This class blends breathwork with foundational poses to build strength, flexibility, and mindful body awareness. Enjoy easy-to-follow sequences will help you tune into your body and release tension.

Saturday

9am Stretch & Relax SIGN UP

A gentle class focused on soft movement and guided meditation to soothe the body and quiet the mind. With slow flows and deep stretching, increase your flexibility and a clear state of mind.

Sunday
