  • This rate includes a $35 Facility Fee and is subject to 12.75% tax, per room per night. The credit card used for purchase must be presented at check-in along with a matching photo ID.

  • Standard Rooms & One-Bedroom Suites Policy: Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to this reservation must be made 72 hours prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1-night plus tax.
  • 2 Bedroom Queen Suite and 2 Bedroom Junior Suite: 14 days prior to check-in. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to this reservation must be made 14 days prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 14 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.
  • 3 Bedroom Guest House: 30 days prior to check-in. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to this reservation must be made 30 days prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 30 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.
  • All reservations made within the cancellation policy dates of arrival are subject to a pre-payment of room and tax due at time of booking and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
