April “Pink Moon” Full Moon Yoga (Monthly Series)

Under the luminous glow of the full moon, join us for an evening of celestial connection and soulful movement at Sycamore Springs.

Our Full Moon Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Bath Experience offers an opportunity to align your mind, body, and spirit in a serene natural setting. All yoga levels are welcome and encouraged!

Take a peaceful stroll to Sycamore’s Yoga Dome. Leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in nature’s tranquility.

The evening begins with a 60-minute Gentle Yoga flow paired with Meditation & Breathwork, designed to harmonize your body, breath, and soul.

Following yoga, ease into a 30-minute Sound Healing and Meditation session. Enveloped in the soothing vibrations of harmonic singing bowls, you’ll be guided to clear your mind and release tension. To enhance this experience, curated heated aromatherapy eye masks will be provided, with calming scents that complement the peaceful ambiance.

As the evening concludes, depart feeling grounded, renewed, and uplifted in both body and spirit, a truly transformative experience under the moonlit sky.
