The Mineral Springs Tub

Enjoy unlimited soaking time in the relaxing mineral waters that define the Sycamore experience. This suite type features a self-fill tub with mineral water that has a gentle, muted sulfur aroma.

The tub is beautifully perched up a set of stairs on your own private hillside path, offering lovely views and surrounded by the tranquility of nature.

Location & Access

Set at the entrance to the Sycamore Crest Trail, the Two-Story King Suites are accessed via a steep uphill walk.

1 parking spot adjacent to the suite is reserved per suite.

Bellman & cart service is available 24 hours a day to assist with luggage and guest shuttling around the property.

Pre-Filled vs Self-Fill Tubs

Every accommodation at Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort includes a private mineral springs tub! Learn about Sycamore’s Mineral Springs Water here.

The type and model of the in-room soaking tub vary for each room. There are two main categories of tubs:

Pre-Filled Tubs: Filled with mineral water and ready for soaking upon arrival. A minimal amount of chlorine is added during the initial fill to meet local and state health and safety codes.
Self-Fill Tubs: Upon arrival, the hot tub will be empty. This allows you to select your desired temperature, including cold mineral soaks. Please allow up to 1hr to fill.
For health and safety purposes, all hot tubs are sanitized daily (between guests as well as during stay over service).

Resort Etiquette & Safety

WELLNESS ETIQUETTE: Sycamore Resort and Spa is committed to creating a serene and rejuvenating environment where every guest can fully rest and unwind. To honor this commitment, Sycamore has a zero-tolerance policy for disturbances that impact the wellness of others.

Noise Disturbance Fee: Disturbances that impact other guests may result in a fee charged to your account.
Property Quiet Hours: 9:00PM – 9:00AM
We ask all guests to honor this quiet time by winding down for the evening. The tubs may be used quietly until tub quiet hours.
Hot Tub Quiet Hours: 11:00PM – 7:00AM
Please refrain from running jets or using the tubs during these hours.

FIRE SAFETY: Sycamore Springs is located within a California nature preserve. For the safety, there is a no-open-flame policy.

Smoking is not permitted in rooms, on patios, or anywhere on the property
Candles are not allowed
Hot plates, propane, and barbeques are not permitted

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rooms & One-Bedroom Suites Policy: Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to this reservation must be made 72 hours prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1-night plus tax.

2 Bedroom Queen Suite and 2 Bedroom Junior Suite: 14 days prior to check-in. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to this reservation must be made 14 days prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 14 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.

3 Bedroom Guest House: 30 days prior to check-in. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications to this reservation must be made 30 days prior to the stated arrival date. Any changes, cancellations, or modifications made to this reservation WITHIN 30 days of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 night plus tax.

All reservations made within the cancellation policy dates of arrival are subject to a pre-payment of room and tax due at time of booking and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. These policies will apply in all circumstances, including those related to COVID-19. Subject to any local consumer laws.
