General:

• A maximum of two dogs is allowed per room, unless otherwise pre-approved by management. If approved, additional fees may apply.
• Dogs are only allowed in dog-designated rooms/areas. Sycamore strictly prohibits ANY animal other than dogs.
• Dog rooms are subject to a nightly, non-refundable fee of $65, plus applicable taxes. This fee will not exceed a total $195 plus taxes. Fee includes standard dog room cleaning, food/water bowls, (1) dog toy, and dog beds.
  • The food/water bowls and toy are for you to take home!
  • A $35 charge will be added if the dog bed is missing upon departure.
• If your dog(s) exhibit aggressive behavior towards other guests or hotel staff, you will be required to remove the dog(s). Sycamore Management will make the final decision as to what constitutes “aggressive behavior”.
• Sycamore staff have the right to use precautionary measures, which may include dog repellent spray, if my dog(s) exhibit aggressive behavior towards other guests or hotel staff.
• Owners must pick up after my dog(s), using the dog waste pick-up stations located throughout the property and to dispose of waste in the outdoor garbage receptacles. Please reference your hotel map for pick-up station locations.
• Dogs must be current with all immunizations.

Dog-Friendly Areas and Attendance

• Dog(s) must never be left unattended in my guestroom.
• Dog(s) must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while on the property and in public areas.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area, Hillside Hot Tubs, Spa at Sycamore, or inside the Gardens of Avila Restaurant. Please plan accordingly for spa services and reservations.
• Dogs are welcome outside on the Gardens of Avila patio, and the restaurant staff will provide a dog menu and a water bowl upon request.

Excessive Cleaning, Repair, or Noise

• Additional cleaning or repair bills should they be required and authorize Sycamore to charge my credit card for such charges. This includes, but is not limited to, odors, stains, excessive hair, and flea treatment of the guestroom.
• Sycamore may assess noise fees to the room if the dog(s) are disturbing other guests. If dog(s) cause a disturbance, Sycamore management reserves the right to evict the dog(s) from the property.
• Housekeeping cannot service a room if a dog(s) is present in the room. Please schedule service with the front desk accordingly.

Please note that any violation of the above policies will result in you and any members staying in your guest room being asked to leave. We appreciate your cooperation in helping make your stay, as well as other guests’ stay, a safe and comfortable one.
